- Distribution: Oahu, Big Island, Kauai, and Maui
- Host: Cycad species especially sago palm
- Symptoms: Leaves turn yellow, then brown and die
- Management: Biological control with tiny black lady beetle (Rhyzobius lophanthae) preferred.
